Self-catering  vacation accommodation  for  10 - 14

In the  Chateau de La Guillonniere.

This includes all the apartments and bedrooms in the Castle and exclusive use of the sitting rooms.

Apartment Suite  " Diane de Poitiers " + "Les Moutons" bedroom + Apartment bedroom "George Sand" + "Les Bucoliques" Bedroom +  sitting rooms.

	Small equipped kitchenette allowing to prepare breakfast and simple light meals for 3.
	Bedroom Suite "Les Bucoliques" with one double bed (140 cm) and one single bed (80 cm). For 2 or 3 persons .  Romantic balcony .
	Full private shower room En-Suite.
	Sitting Rooms  (exclusive use )  : you can read , relax or listen to music in the superb 19th century lounge,  and TV lounge  with satellite TV  (CNN and many international channels) ....

 

This  holiday Castle- apartment combines  simplicity and good comfort to enjoy your vacations without too many housekeeping concerns.

Note this rental includes 3  kitchenettes allowing only very simple cooking or having   quick snacks.

There are many excellent and cheap restaurants in the area : no need to spend holiday time preparing food!

 

Views of the park, Diane's pool, forest and main courtyard,  lawns and  hundreds of  years  old trees.

  

In the garden  around the castle you can relax or eat on supplied garden furniture.

Rates

Arrival & Departure Times:

From Saturday 5 p.m. to the following Saturday 9 a.m.

Security Deposit: returned after  departure :  500 Euros

Note: Household linens (sheets, towels) and housekeeping are not included. They can be provided by local separate suppliers (please inquire for rates)

Optional Services by outside suppliers

Your hosts will provide you with all the information, but you must hire these services directly.

Rental Terms and Conditions,

Sorry, pets are not accepted.

At the time of reservation the tenant shall pay a non-refundable 30% security deposit of the total rental price. The reservation can be cancelled, but the non-refundable deposit is forfeited.

The remaining rental balance of  70% must be paid 45 days before arrival. If  the tenant has  not credited it to the  to  the owner's account  30 days before arrival, he is considered to  have cancelled reservation and the owner has the right to find other client  for the same period.

The security deposit has to be paid upon arrival, and is refunded according to French laws on Holiday Rentals.

An inventory of fixtures and detailed furniture inventory is to be signed when entering the rented premises.

At your departure, the premises should be left as clean and tidy as on arrival.

The described premises are at the tenant's disposal, except for cases of absolute necessity or technical reasons beyond the owner's control.
