Main Castle Accommodates up to 20

Using the main castle entrance, reserved for the tenants, access to a hall and main staircase which leads to the first floor (US : second floor) where all the bedrooms are located:

	The Suite "Diane de Poitiers" with romantic canopied double bed + 1 single bed in main bedroom and second double bed in the second room, full bathroom En-Suite. Small Kitchen. For 2 or 4 persons.3-sided view of the park, a pool, forest and main courtyard . Even from your bathtub , you can see lawns and hundreds of years old trees...The bedrooms are completely independent.
	Bedroom Suite "Les Moutons " with 3 single beds , full bathroom En-Suite. For 2 or 3 persons, decorated with famous 18th century "Toile de Jouy ". Small Kitchen. Views of park and forest.
	Bedroom Suite "George Sand " with two double beds , full bathroom En-Suite. Small Kitchen. For 2-4 persons....Once the famous 19th century French writer's chamber....Views of park and forest.
	Bedroom Suite "Les Bucoliques" with double bed and one single bed, full private shower room En-Suite. For 2-3 persons. Romantic balcony. Views of park and forest.
	Apartment suite "Les Cerfs" located on the second floor (US: third floor) with breathtaking views on the Park and forest , one bedroom with one double bed and 1 single bed, second very large bedroom/dining-room with one double bed and 1 single bed , kitchenette , full bathroom.

On the ground floor (US : first floor) of the castle a few meters from the main entrance a large French door opens on to the lounges Three luxurious and comfortable lounges with several antique and modern sofas and armchairs to relax. This unit is independent from the others and has no communication with bedrooms.

A large 19th-century dining-room , with many period armchairs and chairs with Satellite TV (CNN and many international channels ) . A full kitchen and small dining room.

Outside sports ground

A sports ground nicely equipped   for amateur ball games: soccer, handball ....is available only when renting all accommodations for 12,16,20.

These premises are rented to one party at the time. You will be the only party in the castle... The owners live in a private wing. When renting for 12, the cottage may be occupied by other guests, but our accommodations are self-contained: each unit is independent and has private entrance. The park is not open to visitors and is reserved to our guests. The Castle area is pedestrian only: no cars except for maintenance, no pollution. This haven of tranquility is deliciously romantic.

Arrival and Departure Time:

From Saturday 5 p.m. to the following Saturday 9 a.m.

Security Deposit: returned after departure : 1,000 Euros

Note: Household linens (sheets, towels) and housekeeping are not included.

Optional Services by outside suppliers : Your hosts will provide you with all the information, but you must hire these services directly.

Rental Terms and Conditions,

Sorry, pets are not accepted.

At the time of reservation the tenant shall pay a non-refundable 30% security deposit of the total rental price. The reservation can be cancelled, but the non-refundable deposit is forfeited.

The remaining balance of 70% must be paid 45 days before arrival. If the tenant has not credited it to the to the owner's account 30 days before arrival, he is considered to have cancelled reservation and the owner has the right to find other client for the same period.

The security deposit has to be paid upon arrival, and is refunded according to French laws on Holiday Rentals. An inventory of fixtures and detailed furniture inventory is to be signed when entering the rented premises.

At your departure, the premises should be left as clean and tidy as on arrival.

The private quarters of the owners are excluded in this rental proposal . The owners and their employees , gardener... keep the right to care about the garden , cut and water the grass ,and do the necessary maintenance with maximum discretion.

The described premises are at the tenant's disposal, except for cases of absolute necessity or technical reasons beyond the owner's control.

Depending on availability, you may rent the castle for shorter time periods or week-ends.
